This is a story about my organic vegetable garden. Within 6 months, a barren piece of land became a highly productive oasis overflowing with edible plants and we became self sufficient in vegetables, fruit, herbs and eggs. What made this garden different was the unusual design and how chickens were an integral part of the process. I'm writing this story to share my experience, which might help other gardeners.
